As a Food Freedom Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I have dedicated my career to helping women break free from dieting, remove shame + guilt from eating and build a peaceful relationship with food and their body. 
  
We aren’t designed to feel stressed, overwhelmed or anxious with food, and if this is something you currently experience, you do not have to live the rest of your life like this.

Full freedom is available for you and you have everything you need inside of you. 

You never have to experience guilt with food again. 

You never have to experience the urge to binge again. 

And you have the power to make this happen. 

The reality is, if we don’t address these struggles, the binge-restrict cycle will only continue to perpetuate and become more deeply ingrained in your brain.

This struggle doesn’t just go away by itself. 

Achieving full freedom requires your focus, time, and intention on healing.
