Where are the sessions run?

All sessions are run online via Zoom. The next group programme will be launching May 2024. Get on my mailing list to be the first to know when spots open up!

What if I can’t afford the programme? 

Funny enough, women who work with me report saving money after their programme. If you are honest with yourself, how much money have you wasted on diet programmes over your life? What is your current relationship with food costing you emotionally, mentally and physically? Imagine never binging again, feeling amazing in your own skin and having like-minded women walk by your side and support you every step of the way…. Freedom is priceless. 

What if I don’t want to commit for the duration of the group programme?

Food freedom 100% available to you but it requires you to take action and move through the whole programme step-by-step. You understand that by working with me, you are committed to the whole group programme. This not only respects the time and expertise provided by me but will also help you to make progress on the goals you have committed to.

What if I need more support after this programme?

You will have the opportunity to add on one-to-one sessions, which includes everything in this group programme, plus 8x 1:1 sessions with me throughout the programme. Due to the high-level of support, this is only available when I have capacity, so if you are interested in one-to-one sessions please get in touch as soon as possible to claim your space.
