Every time, it breaks my heart. Willpower is never the problem. YOU’RE not the problem.
The problem is a powerful diet industry and a culture that doesn’t teach us how to trust our bodies, hold onto our power, or eat with ease. That’s why I created the Eat with Ease method. I'm passionate about health, human connection and living life to the fullest. I embrace a positive and curious attitude and adore meeting new people. I love traveling, cooking, yoga, dining out, dancing, and anything that involves water. I'm an advanced open water scuba diver, beginner kite surfer and keen swimmer.
Those closest to me describe me as warm, down to earth, and adventurous.
I spent my childhood on the beaches of Perth, Western Australia, and I have been calling London home since 2017.
A weekend well spent for me includes eating yummy food with friends, swimming in the ocean, enjoying sunset cocktails and dancing!
